Felicia – is a handmade ladies’ floral hat (the art of headwear fashion design) that was created and presented by Doinita Miculescu Tomeci (Donia Star) at the Hattember International Hat Competition and Exhibition in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
The theme was “From Paris with love”
