My works are painted purely on emotions. I have ME\/cvs, an auto-immune illness that attacks my corps daily. Painting for me is calming, while the pains runs trough my corps. I want to take you on my journey, fighting this illness as long as possible. I express myself by keeping my mind creative. This is the first painting I made, where I feel the need to give color to the pain in my corps. You can feel the lonelyness in this work, the not accepting my diagnose in the vibrant colors, the need of consistency in my days… THE JOURNEY I TRAVEL :<\/p>\n
There is something in things that moves,
\nIt is not the beauty of colors,
\nNor the shine of the paint,
\nNor the movement of the whole,
\nIt is there,
\nBut also beyond and above and below
\nIt’s the brushstrokes and the sounds you can hear,
\nIf you lay your ear to listen close to the canvas,
\nIt is the trembling of the cloth,
\nWhen your hand touches it,
\nAnd the trembling of the wires around it, that grows and swells
