View From The Viewer is what ‘Unraveling Reflections’ is all about.
If you look closely you can see where The Viewer was looking at before they were looking right at us. The head looks tilted down to the side and blindfolded. As if they were unable to see right in front of them, stuck in a layer that blinded them of what is truly there. It is the moment when someone awakens from a deep slumber. The Viewer in this piece dares us to look them straight in the eye, which is subtle yet prominent. Almost piercing. They want us to take off the layer where we carry our own blindfolds in life and invite us to look things straight in the eye. Even if it scares us or makes us uncomfortable. They become the reflection of your unraveled Self. A ‘self’ that is finally free. Your true self: bare, honest and open. Strong and grounded. Fully seeing your ‘Unraveling Reflection’. U.R. You are.
